We make it easy for you! 

All returned products must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, new condition with original tags attached. 

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery date in unused, new condition with original tags attached. 

Sale items are not eligible for exchanges nor returned.

You may return your eligible item(s) for a refund on the original order, an exchange for a different variant (if the item is still in stock), or for store credit.

We will issue your refund, exchange, or store credit once we approve your return.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

Please email customerservice.ft86socal@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

Please email customerservice.ft86socal@gmail.com with your order number and which item you want to exchange it for. We’ll help you process your exchange and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once we receive your original purchase, we’ll send out the exchanged item. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ORDER

If you have received an incorrect or a defective product upon opening your package, please contact us via our Contact Us Page as soon as possible. 

ft86socal is not responsible for damage(s) done to any of our products by a customer who did not properly read the care label. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
